Upper Norwood Library Hub December news

A full programme of both live (socialy distanced) and online events is planned for December. Father Christmas will be available via Zoom from the North Pole, a Crystal Palace Christmas Concert will be performed live both to a socially distanced audience and online, and weekend Christmas Markets are planned. Gipsy Hill community Christmas Tree

We are pleased to hear that the Friends of Gipsy Hill’s fundraiser for their first community Christmas tree has successfully met its target. The tree represents light shining out in the dark evenings and a focal point to bring the community together. read more about the tree of hope here on the Friends website.

Streetworks Update

About StreetWorks

StreetWorks is a unique community-led project to improve Norwood and Tulse Hill.  The project is funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. The Norwood Forum, the Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups are working together with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better space, remove the one-way system at Tulse Hill and provide training and support for future local projects.
