News

International Women’s Day is a worldwide celebration of everyone who identifies as a woman, a chance to engage in activities and reflect on women’s successes as well as the barriers and challenges we still face in society. This year International Women’s Day is on 8 March, so look out for events being held by local organisations and groups to celebrate and raise awareness; we have listed details of some events.

Can we harness your interests for the benefit of your local community? Norwood Forum Norwood Forum is looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to help make Norwood an even greater place to live.

A prepared reading of the much loved classic Casablanca. the next SLT production: Lunch Girls by Ron Hart via Zoom 25-27 March, and more exciting courses for children and young people who have attended the SLTr drama classes or whose parents/carers are members. Streetworks Update

About StreetWorks

StreetWorks is a unique community-led project to improve Norwood and Tulse Hill.  The project is funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. The Norwood Forum, the Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups are working together with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better space, remove the one-way system at Tulse Hill and provide training and support for future local projects.
