News

Today Lambeth Council is lighting up Lambeth Town Hall in the colour purple to mark one year since the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. His murder by a white police officer in the US a year ago on 25 May, 2020 sparked international protests and saw Black communities declare the fight for equality and against discrimination is far from being achieved.

Great news! Lambeth Council, in partnership with Brockwell Park Community Partners, has been granted £3.3million by the National Lottery Heritage Fund towards a project to restore the Grade II* listed Brockwell Hall, its Stables and Coach House into a venue for community and commercial use.

Healthwatch Lambeth is the independent champion for people using local health and social care services. They are asking people living or working in Lambeth to take part in a survey about their views and experiences of sharing feedback about local NHS and social care services.

Streetworks Update

About StreetWorks

StreetWorks is a unique community-led project to improve Norwood and Tulse Hill.  The project is funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. The Norwood Forum, the Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups are working together with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better space, remove the one-way system at Tulse Hill and provide training and support for future local projects.
