News

A very hot weekend is forecast, with the possibility of some rain as a relief from Monday.  A Level 3 Heat-Health Alert was issued by the Met Office and UKHSA this week to warn of extreme hot weather across London and other parts of the country.

Update 15.09.22: Events planned for Monday 19 September 2022  have been cancelled in view of the State Funeral of HRH The Queen.

Lambeth Heritage Festival seeks to celebrate the extraordinary diverse history of Lambeth. There are walks, talks, tours, performances and other events all around the borough, and most are free. Prior booking is often required.

Bishop Thomas Grant and other pupils have participated in the Present in the Moment Public Art project led by three artists (Tereza Araujo, Maya Campbell and Laurie Fitzgerald).

Streetworks Update

About StreetWorks

StreetWorks is a unique community-led project to improve Norwood and Tulse Hill.  The project is funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. The Norwood Forum, the Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups are working together with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better space, remove the one-way system at Tulse Hill and provide training and support for future local projects.
