Lambeth Council has undertaken a review of the existing on-street waiting, loading and parking arrangements in West Norwood town centre: parts of Norwood Road, Knights Hill, Norwood High Street and

Photofusion in Brixton has another round of the STEP UP programme for Lambeth based adults starting at the end of January 2022. This programme is aimed at people who are unemployed or on low wages.

There are some great opportunities for young people to join Lambeth AgeUK in paid temporary positions giving excellent experience in working in a variety of settings supporting people in our community.

Streetworks Update

About StreetWorks

StreetWorks is a unique community-led project to improve Norwood and Tulse Hill.  The project is funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. The Norwood Forum, the Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups are working together with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better space, remove the one-way system at Tulse Hill and provide training and support for future local projects.
