West Norwood Feast: Volunteer Directors sought

Feast is West Norwood's well-established and much-loved monthly community-focused market/Festival which features over 70 traders offering superb quality hot food, fresh produce, arts & crafts and vintage products to the local community. Live music and children’s activities are also featured, and its a place where the whole community can gather for a great day out.
 

Maternity Learning Hub to be launched by Five X More

FiveXMore is dedicated to supporting mothers with its campaigning work and recommendations. It focuses on empowering Black women to make informed choices and advocate for themselves throughout their pregnancies and after childbirth.
 

Lambeth Country Show 2024

This year's free to enter Lambeth Country Show will be held over the weekend 8-9 June 2024. And its the 50th anniversary! 

This summer’s show will keep its distinctive celebration, highlighting the best of both the city and countryside. The show remains as one of the biggest free community festivals in the country, and planning is now underway.

Lambeth's Spring of Food and Fun

The Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme, funded by the Department of Education has been expanded into 2024 so that children aged between 4 - 16 years (Reception- Year 11) in receipt of benefits-related free school meals in England will be offered free healthy meals and enriching activities over the spring, summer and winter holidays.

Primary School Selection Deadline!

A reminder that Monday 15 January is the deadline for selecting your child’s primary school. Local air pollution awareness group Mums for Lungs are urging parents to consider the school run when choosing a school, to prioritise the physical and mental health of their families:
