Upper Norwood Library Hub Children's Half-Term Camps

The Upper Norwood Library Hub has June camps for chlldren, including one from 1- 4 June at the Library building. Budding creatives have the opportunity to discover new skills, techniques and learn about famous individuals and their work as they spend the holidays having fun, creating and exploring art.

A swift, just in from Africa and probably delivering an unfavourable report to its companions about the state of the British weather. But for those of us who spend the first week of May scanning the skies, it was a moment of relief. They're back. Breathe out and settle in for summer.
 

Common Call Fund for Black-led impact projects

Calling all Black-led charities and social enterprises! Common Call have have launched FundTwo for Black-led impact projects, social enterprises and charities across the UK. The £300,000 fund includes contributions from Barclays, National Emergencies Trust, Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, The Clothworkers’ Foundation and Comic Relief.

Covid-19 vaccine and access to primary care: zoom session in Spanish

This Saturday 15 May 1-2:30pm, IRMO – the Indoamerican Refugee and Migrant Organisation - will be hosting a Zoom event in Spanish about the Covid-19 vaccine and access to primary care. The event will be delivered entirely in Spanish by GPs from south London practices, maternity services and public health consultants and it will cover how to register with a GP, services available in primary care and information on the Covid-19 vaccine in South East London. 

COVID-19: Streatham walk in clinic

Lambeth residents (in the necessary qualifying groups) can get vaccinated this Sunday at a walk-in clinic at Streatham Library. All necessary information is set out below:
