The Arch Company are donating vacant railways arches spaces to VCSE groups. Organisations looking to apply will need to meet the qualifying criteria:

Living with diabetes? What matters to you?

Our local NHS (NHS South East London) wants to hear from people with lived experience of diabetes. What are the issues that really matter to them about the health and care services they use? They are particularly keen to hear the voices of people from Black African, Black Caribbean and South Asian heritage, as these groups are more at risk of diabetes and more at risk of experiencing diabetes complications.

Local cafe's set up to support elderly residents

People aged 65+ and their carers are invited to join weekly support groups located in West Norwood and Streatham, known as the Rose and Sunflower Cafés.

Get your free life-saving blood pressure check

If you’re aged 40 or over, you can now get free life-saving blood pressure checks at your local NHS pharmacy. The checks take up to 15 minutes and are carried out by a community pharmacist. It is hoped that the easy to access service will prevent 140 heart attacks and 200 strokes across South East London each year.

Polio Walk-in clinic booster roll-out

Children aged 1 to 9 years old in London are being offered a dose of polio vaccine. This may be an extra dose on top of their routine vaccinations or it may bring them up to date with their routine vaccinations.

South East London Integrated Care Board meeting in public 14 September

South East London Integrated Care Board (SELICB) is a partnership bringing together the organisations responsible for publicly funded health and care services in south east London, and aiming to make the greatest possible contribution to the health and wellbeing of people living in the six boroughs: Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.
