Festivals at a Brockwell Park will go ahead this summer despite a successful High Court challenge. Lambeth Council is now reviewing a revised application within the legal limits.
A series of major summer events are set to take place in Brockwell Park over the coming weeks, following a recent legal challenge earlier this month. Residents living near Brockwell Park can access detailed information regarding the summer events through the Brockwell Live website.
Team Lambeth invites the local community to proudly represent the borough at the London Youth Games 2025. This exciting opportunity allows young athletes to showcase their talents, make new friends, and compete in their favourite sports.
StreetWorks was a unique community-led project to improve the streetscape in West Norwood and Tulse Hill. The project was funded by Transport for London and supported by officers at Lambeth Council. Norwood Forum, Tulse Hill Forum, local councillors and community groups worked together in collaboration with residents, businesses, schools and road users to design a better public spaces. What the project never managed to achieve was the removal of the Tulse Hill Gyratory - the flagship project in this scheme - due to the financial situation changing drastically for TfL in 2019.
