Further to our last article and the disappointing news that Lambeth Council had had to postpone at the eleventh hour the planned resurfacing works along Norwood Road in the West Norwood town centre, we now understand that plans are being worked up to undertake the works in January or February 2023. We will publish more definitive news when we have it.

We also understand that TfL are planning to resurface the Tulse Hill gyratory, works which will take some three weeks. There has however not been any publicity on these works, and we are trying to seek further information from TfL so we can alert everyone to the bus and traffic diversions and other inevitable disruption that would ensue.

The community, of course, is still hoping that TfL will fund the removal of the gyratory.
