Current advice for EU citizens

The UK left the EU on 31 January, 2020 and the status of non-UK nationals is unclear and to be determined. Lambeth Council wrote to all households in mid-January 2020 to advise as follows:

Lambeth Together: engagement

Following cancellation of the earlier session, Lambeth Together invite Lambeth voluntary sector representatives to a meeting this coming Thursday on how to do engagement differently. Lela Kogbara from Black Thrive will facilitate this conversation aiming to ensure Lambeth's VCSE sector can be a part of this important discussion.

Rosendale Road to Gipsy Hill: proposed Healthy Route

Lambeth Council  has developed a range of improvements for walking and cycling along Rosendale Road, as part of the Brockwell Park to Gipsy Hill Healthy Route project and they want your views on the designs.

Norwood Bus Garage wins Gold!

The Norwood Bus Garage on Ernest Avenue won Gold at the 2019 UK Bus Awards! Arriva London South won the award for top London Garage in recognition of “best practice, high quality staff and outstanding standards of customer service in the industry”. The team at Norwood, is described as “continually striving for excellence and having recently undergone a transformation programme to help improve operational performance, it has a strong focus on the development of its colleagues and the whole team works closely with the local community.”

Crystal Palace Festival 2020

The dates have been announced for the 2020 volunteer-powered, hugely creative and fun Crystal Palace Festival. The festival is completely reliable on volunteers and monthly volunteer meet ups have been organised so you can get involved.
