Incredible Edible Food Growing Conference

We continue Norwood Forum’s support for Incredible Edible Lambeth’s food growing initiatives, promoting their schools conference on 1 February 2026. We were delighted that three Norwood schools took part; Hitherfield, Elmgreen and for the first time following our publication, Rosendale School.

Join the Big Plastic Count

Update 26 March 2026
Last month, as part of Green Norwood, we publicised The Big Plastic Count (see below) - an activity across the UK which asked people to count all the plastic they used in a week, so that government knows just how much we all use. And to inform a campaign to cut plastic production. Our Chair, Jane East took part and here are her numbers:

The residents of Perran Road are  getting together with local businesses and community art donors to raise money for a huge community street mural, celebrating love, joy and life in Tulse Hill.
Money is tight everywhere but even small contributions will  help! Or maybe you have a fundraiser idea that could help us?

The Transform Tulse Hill community campaign petition asking for action from the Mayor of London and TfL to make changes to the dangerous Tulse Hill Gyratory reached an incredible milestone last weekend - 1000 signatories.
