In response to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, the Solace Women’s Aid Empowering Women Fund aims to fill a gap in support for organisations that are supporting women to recover from problems exacerbated by the pandemic. The scheme will provide funding to support small women’s groups and organisations to develop innovative ways of empowering women in their local area and build their capacity. The NHS in Lambeth will be running a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Brixton Library this Sunday 25 April from 12noon - 5pm. For anyone aged 45 or over and people aged 30-44 in an "at risk" group. If you do not have a GP, you can register on the day. All information in this flyer:
The Old Vic has an upcoming project that will be of interest to people living in or near Lambeth aged 19-30 years, who are looking to develop the skills needed to apply for the job they want, in any industry.
