The White Bear King, a winter fairytale

7pm-8.15pm
The White Bear is a wintery romance, weaving together words and songs, images and sounds, conjuring the eternal quest for love.
They combine spoken word and song with cymbals and kantale, soup bowls and cow bells, drums and harmonium. Magical, humorous and tinged with darkness, this indoor performance is for adults and young people aged 10 and upwards. The performance lasts about 70 minutes. Come wrapped in blankets and dressed in furs!

Brixton Chamber Orchestra

As part of their Christmas Estates tour, the Brixton Chamber Orchestra are set to perform in Gipsy Hill.

West Norwood Cemetery and Crematorium Memorial Service

All are welcome to attend the annual memorial service at West Norwood Cemetery.

Light refreshement will be served afterwards.

Join local writer and storyteller Sally Pomme Clayton to share memories and stories of customs that make this season magical. Pomme will lead us on a short walk to notice plants and trees and tell a few snippets of folklore and legend as we go.
