Talks, discussions and a nice cup of tea to help residents feel more informed and comfortable about technology. Last month over 28 residents turned up to hear about accessing the NHS website and services and got practical help with their tech.
Are you a senior resident and feeling uncertain about all this new technology stuff and feel silly asking the same old questions?
Do you have a family member or neighbour who might need some help buying or using a mobile phone to keep in touch with friends and family?
Tea and Tech was designed to combat this - a sit down, a chat, back to basics and no silly questions. This is a social event with a difference.
This month is part of #GetOnlineWeek
If you have any question about how to use your mobile, online security or wish to try a tablet for the first time there will be others there to help.
Or simply come on down, make some new friends and see what other things Clear Community Web are doing to help the community improve its digital skills.
