Healthwatch Lambeth is running a survey this summer to hear from young people aged 16-25 about their experience of health and social care, what you think of when you hear “health and wellbeing”, and what you would like to see more of from local services.

The survey is anonymous and should take 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will help us learn about what improvements are needed for the future of neighbourhood health and care in our borough.
