What does volunteering with Norwood Forum look like?

Volunteering with Norwood Forum is a great opportunity to:
  • Learn new skills or build on existing ones (e.g. community engagement, research issues important to our community, comms, organising events, writing for the website, etc)
  • Meet like-minded people in your area
  • Support meaningful community-led projects
  • Help shape the future of Norwood.
Whether you’re completely new to volunteering, or have years of experience - we want to hear from you. Your fresh ideas and perspectives are what help us grow and stay relevant.

The Forum is run by local residents just like you and now is your chance to get involved - whatever time you have to volunteer, however limited that might be.

Why now?
On Saturday 13 June as part of our Norwood Green Day we are holding our annual AGM where we elect our new committee for the coming year.

You can find our what it means to volunteer here: Notes for prospective committee members
and then complete your application here: Nomination form for prospective committee members
Or - why not get in touch here - we would love to talk to you!
Deadline to apply is 12noon, Saturday 6 June 2026
