Lambeth Council wants your help to identify local sites for potential future housing and commercial development.

The Council will begin the process of developing a new Local Plan later this year, which will provide a vision and framework for future development in the borough. Before starting this process, a Call for Sites exercise is underway to understand what sites and/or areas of land are potentially available to help meet the borough’s future needs.

This is your opportunity to help Lambeth identify sites that offer the potential for development for housing and commercial uses, and that could potentially also be used to deliver the necessary infrastructure to support growth.
