Lambeth Local History Fair

The opening event of the month long Lambeth Heritage Festival which is organised annually by the Lambeth Local History Forum and Lambeth Council. Norwood Forum is a member of the Forum.

This year the Fair returns to Clapham to the largest library in Lambeth: in the stunning, modern, award-winning Mary Seacole Centre on Clapham High Street. 

Meet members of the Lambeth Local History Forum to learn about their work and how you might join in. Local history publications will be on sale.  Refreshments will be available, organised by the Clapham Women’s Institute.For over 18 years, the Clapham WI has been a steadfast presence in the Clapham community. The friendly group are regular attenders at local events, and always ready to voice their support for local causes.

Entry to the fair is FREE.
Clapham Library is well served by buses: routes 50, 88, 155, 322, and 345 all pass the building. It is a short walk to either Clapham North or Clapham Common underground stations on the Northern Line, or Clapham High Street overground on the Windrush Line.
