From Thursday 1 May, regular public openings at the South London Botanical Institute are back - taking place every other Thursday. Visitors are invited to explore the garden and discover the botanical wonders of the historic library, a unique space celebrating South London’s rich plant heritage.
It’s a chance to relax, connect with nature, and delve into stories rooted in the area’s botanical past. Guests can also enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the ongoing Herbarium cataloguing project, where the team carefully preserves and documents centuries-old plant specimens.
No booking is required - just drop in and say hello!
