After 10 years of mostly joyous nights Mambista is leaving the building.
For the penultimate Mambista at The Portico we host Remembering Rico at 90 with a band of brothers led by Michael “Bammi” Rose. Back in 2017 one of the great Mambista nights was dedicated to the life and music of the legendary Ska, Reggae, Jazz and 2 Tone trombonist Rico Rodriguez MBE featuring many of the musicians who played alongside Rico in his long career, and it’s that time again!
