To ensure children and young people with SEND in Lambeth receive the best support possible, Lambeth Council is conducting its second Annual SEND Family Survey to collect information and views to improve support and services for children and young people with SEND. The council is interested in your views across education, health and social care for children and young people from birth up to 25 years.
