A bona fide Brixton legend (and far beyond). As a member of the trail-blazing band Cymande, Bammi is featured in the documentary, “Getting It Back”, and has been a stalwart of Jools Holland’s Rhythm and Blues Orchestra for over 20 years. Join Bammi for vintage jazz, ska and reggae, perfect on a warm summer’s evening under the stars!  

Mambista events at Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses have become highlights of the summer, described as “magical” with very good reason. BPCG is a beautiful setting, the music - live and recorded - is ‘broader than Broadway’ and always top notch, the food - from Carey's Kitchen - is scrumptious and the events attract sell-out crowds ranging from toddlers to the ‘more mature’.
