Details of the ClearCommunityWeb current digital programme in Lambeth are set out below.
Digital Drop-Ins
The Digital Drop-Ins help residents build confidence with their device, provide critical support if they have lost access to an account or believe they have been hacked and provide direct pathways to the Community Learning programme, employability opportunities and accredited learning. The Drop-ins provide a friendly, informal space to get questions answered or problems solved for your laptop, tablet or smart phone. You can also practice in a supported environment and get access to other local learning programmes.
These sessions are a chance for you to drop-in with your device, sit down with a member of our team to get help with a single issue or develop your skills. If they are unable help on the day, they can refer you to other drop-ins or central support programme.
