The BiG (Besty's inspirational Guidance) C.I.C. free Female Only Coaching Programme is set to resume.
The programme is specifically aimed at 17 to 25 years-old females which will ensure the best blend of ages with those already on the programme. This free funded programme provides the opportunity to develop key leadership skills as well as acquire specific coaching tools which is both good to add to your portfolio but could also help to secure seasonal paid work.
You do not have to love football to benefit from this programme which will include:
- Development of key life skills in particular leadership and conflict management skills
- Gain a Level 2
- Sports Leadership Qualification
- Voluntary opportunities for those who gain coaching qualifications and the relevant skills, and paid work for those who show the right credentials is a possibility.
The programme is supported by the Foot Locker Foundation which will also reward each learner once they have completed the programme.
