Lambeth Council has committed to become an Age Friendly Borough. This means the Council will focus on the key areas of community life, as recommended by the WHO Age Friendly Cities framework, and create social and built environments that promote healthy and active later lives for all residents.
The organisation Kaizen is now to hold a meeting to help shape the development of Age Friendly Lambeth. This meeting will be a chance for you to:
- Hear about what is happening and how you can be involved
- Collaborate with other residents, local groups and Lambeth Council staff
- Share your views
The meeting will be held on Tuesday 27 February 2024 (2pm-4pm) at Brixton House: 385 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, SW9 8GL; see the flyer here.
Tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.
If you would like to attend, please either:
- Register online by clicking on this link
- Email AgeFriendly@Lambeth.gov.uk, or

There will be other opportunities later to be involved; contact details as above.
