People aged 65+ and their carers are invited to join weekly support groups located in West Norwood and Streatham, known as the Rose and Sunflower Cafés.
The sessions offer a chance to get out of the house and socialise over tea and cake. They were set up after a prolonged period of isolation, particularly for older people during the Covid-19 pandemic and to also support people in the borough living with dementia.
The dementia-friendly Rose Cafe runs every Thursday (11am-1pm) at The Old Library in West Norwood (see flyer below).
