A new mobile optimised form to be launched at the end of March 2022, will allow residents to report 50 different types of highway issues online, including potholes, signs and uneven road and pavement surfaces.
The new reporting option is part of the council’s work to make services easier to access online and better to use.
The Council says the exact location of the issue can be identified using mobile device location, with different map types available so that people can give a precise location to council response teams. Other details, including images, can also be added. If any issues reported are the responsibility of Transport for London information will be directly routed to them. Residents can choose to enter their contact details onto the form to receive updates on the issue or can submit their report anonymously.
People will still be able to report highways issues over the phone if they prefer. You can read more here on the Love Lambeth website.
