Rathbone Society is an organisation that supports people with learning disabilities and young people through promoting independence and life skills, supporting people to try new things and creating opportunities for people to come together.
They are looking for up to six volunteers to assist with the summer holidays programmes, supporting young people to positively engage in sports, arts, digital media and personal development opportunities. They deliver both term time and summer holiday activities for young people aged 11-19 (up to 25 for those with learning disabilities). They have activities Monday to Friday, 1-6pm and they would ideally hope that volunteers can help for two days a week (but can be flexible if you can only help one day a week).
The primary delivery location will be The Old Library, 14-16 Knights Hill, West Norwood, SE27 0HY. They also deliver sessions across the Norwood area at various sports facilities. If you wish to volunteer, do please complete this form.
