A new development at the corner of Thornlaw Road and Knight's Hill (the existing Trinity Baptist Church - opposite the bus garage) was approved by this week's Lambeth Planning Applications Committee.

 

The part 3, 4 & part 5 storey building plus basement will have 20 flats including 7 flats at social and intermediate rents; two of those flats will be suitable for families (three bedrooms). It will also provide community space in the basement (to replace the existing community space)
