This survey is for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
It is aimed at children and young people aged 8 to 25, however Lambeth welcome responses from younger children too.
Lambeth want to make sure that children and young people with SEND get all the help they need. This is your chance to tell them about the help you get with your learning, your health and planning your future.
After the survey has closed, Lambeth will put a summary of the information they have received on the survey page and the SEND Local Offer. They will not share any personal details. This information will tell Lambeth Council what is working well and what they need to do make the lives of children and young people with SEND better.
The survey is anonymous – this means no one will know who said what.
