Lambeth Council is inviting residents to take part in a new survey aimed at gathering views on the borough’s recycling, rubbish and street-cleaning services.

The survey is being conducted in partnership with Serco, the council’s waste collection, recycling and cleansing provider, along with independent research company Prevision Research. Council officers say the feedback will help shape future service improvements and ensure the needs of local communities are being met.

The questionnaire takes less than seven minutes to complete and is available here.
