We have just noticed that Lambeth council is running a survey on revising its customer service standards as part of the preparation for the return from lockdown. The survey ends tomorrow Wednesday 27 January 2021.
To have your say on the draft standards, we suggest first reading the existing standards here. Then visit the home page of the new and improved Lambeth website, click the purple button in the top left hand corner and fill in the quick survey.
It is not immedately apparent that the proposed new standards include any commitment to timescales or the provision of contact information for the officer dealing with an issue. We hope the proposals will be subject to wider consultation before being finalised.
