Volunteers are needed to help with the show, meet new people, have fun and support the Society. Volunteers will also receive a free lunch on Saturday.

Judges’ Assistant/Steward — 12–2pm, Saturday 5 September
Support a judge by recording scores and marking prize winners on entry cards. Full instructions will be provided, so no previous experience is needed.

Transporting tables — 3–5pm, Friday 4 September, and 5–6.30pm, Saturday 5 September
If you have a car large enough to transport tables, help is needed to move show and Hut equipment to the church and back. People will be available to help with the heavy lifting.

Cakes and bakes
Help make the café the envy of West Norwood! Cakes and bakes are needed to sell and raise funds. Please list all ingredients and clearly label any tins or containers.
