As if the snow and winds were not enough, many Norwood residents were recently plagued by the entirely man-made disaster of cuts of up to five days to their water supply or ridiculously low water pressure. The matter was raised in Parliament by our MP, Helen Hayes, and you can hear her addressing the House of Commons here  on the topic of Thames Water, who surpassed themselves with their inability to provide either mains water, or a competent alternative service.  Lambeth Council are also unhappy with Thames Water and will be reviewing their level of service.
