As the cost of living crisis continues, many of us face tough decisions this Winter. Some of us cannot afford to heat our homes or are worried about doing so.
To support the community, Lambeth Council have partnered with the voluntary sector and other organisations to open a network of Warm Spaces across Lambeth that you can visit for free, relax, stay warm and meet others in the community.
Each Warm Space is slightly different; you can find some in libraries, community halls and hubs. Some offer hot food, activities and services. Whichever Warm Space you visit, all will be safe, heated, welcoming, kind and inclusive.

Not yet on the list is our West Norwood Health and Leisure Centre. They opening the community room as a Warm Space on Fridays - the room will be available from 13:30 to 17:30. The space includes sockets for charging phones or tablets, WiFi, a kitchenette with refreshments available, and of course somewhere to sit. There will also be information displayed from Lambeth with advice for anyone struggling to pay bills or seeking other support.
