In recent days a number of groups in Norwood have been set up to support people who are self-isolating or worried about going out. Perhaps the largest is the West Norwood Coronavirus formed by local residents Emma, Keira and Steve. It already has over 200 volunteers and is aiming to offer non-medical support, including running various errands such as picking up urgent shopping/medication, dog walking, topping up electric and gas keys and also offering friendly phone calls to help during these odd times.
