Centre 70 supports adults who are facing social, mental, financial or other personal difficulties through a holistic programme of free and affordable services including advice, counselling, training and advocacy.
Their in person open evening is coming up soon at the West Norwood Picturehouse and Library (Community Room) on Thursday 21 October 2021 (from 6pm). Pop along to find out more about their work and take the opportunity to meet staff, trustees, volunteers, partners and clients.
Light refreshments will be provided so please RSVP by email to agm@centre70.org.uk for catering purposes. The evening will be followed by a short AGM at 7:30pm - follow the links for the Agenda and the 2020 AGM minutes.
Centre 70 relies on membership fees (individual rate £5, discretionary rate £1) as much as the generosity of funders, trusts and individual donors, to fund the much needed services they provide to the local community. Renew or sign up for membership here.
In just under a week's time, Centre 70 will be joining the annual Legal Walk with hundreds of other walkers in support of access to justice. Contact Laura on lcassidy@centre70.org.uk if you'd like to join them on Monday 18 October. Or you can support the Centre 70 team by sponsoring them here. Funds raised will contribute to the costs of running the free weekly Legal Advice Clinics.
