Its clean air night on Thursday 22 January 2026. This annual public awareness campaign shines a light on the significant but often under-appreciated health and environmental impacts of wood burning.

West Norwood library exhibition: Proscribed

West Norwood Library & Picturehouse is to host Proscribed, a free exhibition by award winning portrait artist Jonny Kemp. The show centres on portraits of Defend Our Juries activists arrested during protest, asking a stark question about power, legality and who is deemed dangerous in contemporary Britain, and why?

Your views on Hate Crime

Lambeth Council wants to better understand how residents feel about hate crime and radicalisation in our borough, and are running a survey to explore what people know, how confident they are in reporting concerns, and what might stop them from doing so.

TfL investment in public transport in Lambeth

Lambeth Council has set out the case to Transport for London for more investment in our borough’s key public transport projects, highlighting how they would benefit our residents, boost local businesses and contribute to the Lambeth Growth Plan.
