Throughout this month and running into November, Lambeth Council has arranged a series of events to celebrate Black History Month.

However, please note that due to unforeseen delays in building works at West Norwood Library, there have been some changes to the following events:
* 13 October: Watt Town: Holy Songs from Jamaica Film showing will now take place at Brixton Library.
* 20 October: Genesis Choir and poetry in the afternoon will now take place in Chatsworth Baptist Church.
* 24 October: Celebrating Black Hair Day! has now been postponed.
* 24 October: Kechi’s Hair Goes Every Which Way has now been postponed.
