Now that in-person groups are finding it easier to meet, Age Exchange is back with a set of great meeting and activity groups for Lambeth residents with dementia and their carers.

Details are on the posters below and include a meeting on Tuesday's (11:30am-1:30pm) at the West Norwood Library & Picturehouse for those diagnosed under 65, living with onset dementia, and their carers.
