Lambeth and Southwark Mind are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator

Lambeth and Southwark Mind are seeking a voluntary Volunteer Coordinator to oversee all aspects of volunteering for Lambeth and Southwark Mind. The role will involve working alongside Service Managers to review our volunteering needs and to meet those needs through the recruitment, development, and retention of appropriate volunteers.

The Volunteer Coordinator will supervise and support the work of volunteers, manage relationships with other colleagues across the organisation including other volunteers, staff, and clients and carry out monitoring and evaluation of the work of volunteers, keeping track of hours and developing ways of recognising the valuable contribution the volunteers make.
