Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) are proposing to build a new 7/6/5 storey development on the disused land on the corner of Avenue Park Road and Thurlow Park Road, SE27 next to Tulse Hill railway station. The proposal would deliver a 100% genuinely affordable home scheme with 75 new homes, for local people. New communal spaces, pedestrian and cycle paths are also to be provided.  

You can find out more at an in person drop in session on Monday, 5 December 2022 at Elmgreen School from 6.30pm - 8.30 p.m. There is also a consultation website and a leaflet drop to some 800 local properties is underway. Your views are requested by 14 December 2022, but MTVH will still welcome your feedback after that date.
