Catherine Cowling, BSC Herbal Medicine, Member of National Institute of Medical Herbalists, will be talking about the herbs she has presently growing in her garden: Hawthorn, Elder, Milk Thistle, Marshmallow, Sage, Yarrow and if time allows Marigold or St John's Wort. She regularly volunteers at the South London Botanical Institute (SLBI) and is a qualified medical herbalist.

This talk will be held on Zoom which you will be given a link to when you register, and you will need to add this to your browser on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop device.
