Join the Curator and Conservator-in-Residence at the Clockworks for a morning or afternoon of hands-on clockmaking. You’ll be putting together a basic single-train clock, learning the principles of clock design, and exploring the Clockworks collection, before disassembling a classic English Dial clock in the workshop.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to bring a clock of your own to work on. Best for ages 7-11 (Key Stage 2). Siblings welcome with accompanying parents. £5 per child, prebooking essential.
