An exciting event where Roy Vickery and Richard Choksey, from the South London Botanical Institute, explore the fascinating world of weeds in the Institute's library.
Each participant should bring two plant samples from local pavements and waste ground. Roy and Richard will then walk through how to identify them using the field guides and botany books on the shelves. There will be discussions on unpacking the hidden stories behind these often overlooked plants.
When: Thursday 24 October at 2pm
Where: The South London Botanical Institute, 323 Norwood Road, London, SE24 9AQ
