Healthy Digital is a programme of FREE workshops and engagement events to help residents build the skills, confidence and awareness to manage their health safely online via apps, websites and trusted resources.
These workshops help people to:
- Understand and use tools such as the NHS app on their own device,
- Raise awareness of other tools to manage outpatient care and specific conditions.
- A talking point to understand the barriers in adopting changes in technology and the way we interact with services and health professional.
When: Friday 9 August, Friday 16 August and Friday 23 August; 11am-12.30pm
