Expert guides from the Friends of West Norwood Cemetery offer tours of the cemetery on the first Sunday and third Saturday of each month (7, 20 January; 4, 17 February; 2, 16 March) or at 2:30pm (7, 20 April; 5, 18 May) and lasting for 1½–2 hours.

The Friends bookstall is usually present.
