London Travelwatch received over half a million consultation responses on the ticket office consultation. They will now give careful consideration to these and develop a response by 31 October 2023.

They are particularly interested in how individual stations will be staffed, how accessible they will be, options for buying tickets and whether passengers will be able to access facilities such as lifts, waiting rooms and toilets.
