On behalf of Impact on Urban Health and Lambeth and Southwark Councils, Opinium are carrying out important research for the largest ever survey in the boroughs on health and well-being.
Where you are born, grow up, live and work can have a big impact on health. The researchers want to learn more about you, your health, your home, and your environment, to better understand your needs, and the needs of your community. This is so that more can be done to improve the wellbeing of everyone living in Lambeth and Southwark.
Taking part in this survey will help to build an up-to-date picture of the health and wellbeing of residents like you. The results will be used by Lambeth Council to shape long term plans across both boroughs. It should take around 15 minutes to complete and is open until 18 October 2023 (was 15 September). All responses are anonymous.
